Amusement rides, candy and family fun is a 10 min. walk below the old part of Pamplona. “Las Barracas” is the area near Parque de la Runa where a Ferris wheel (”la noria”) and amusement rides are set up. This area is a popular spot for families during the day (when many of the night-partyers are sleeping).

The giants and cabezuods hit the streets! They leave from the bus station and do their dancing tour through the Vuelta del Castillo,
Casa Misericordia, Plaza de los Fueros, Avenida de Galicia, Tafalla,
Sangüesa, Navarro Villoslada, Bergamín, Tafalla, Amaya, Castillo de
Maya, Avenida Carlos III, Plaza de Merindades, Plaza del Castillo,
Chapitela, Mercaderes and the Plaza Consistorial (in front of the City Council building).

It doesn’t take much planning to have a wild night (or day) out in Pamplona during the San Fermin fiesta. Take enough money to last you through the night, and forget clocks and sunlight even exist. No matter where you go in the old city center, there will always be a party.
